Payment is due at the time of booking this appointment. Although, you have the option to pay a 50% deposit, and pay the balance prior the start date.

01. Book Your Day
You can view my calendar and pick the day that works best for you. Choose a day where you can be readily available. It’s recommended that you book 2-3 weeks in advance in order to have enough time to complete and gather your pre-design day homework, schedule your strategy call and pay your deposit. Your slot will be confirmed upon payment.
02. Strategy Call
During our 60-minute strategy call we’ll talk about the details of your project and goals you’re wanting to achieve. If you have a punch list, we’ll create a priority list of items and work through as many as we can during your design day.
03. Content Prep
You’ll gather any needed content (copy, images, files, etc.). This will need to be ready to go exactly 3 business days before your intensive.
04. Design
Your business is the only thing I’ll focus on during this day. It’s important to note that we will be in communication throughout the day with any questions or feedback…and I ask that you kindly keep this in mind when selecting your intensive date.
05. Deliver
At the end of the day you’ll receive your final files and instructions on how to implement them.
06. Book Again
If there were additional items that came up during our time together, you can also choose to book another design intensive. I would be thrilled to work with you again!

To start or inquire about any project, please fill out my client application. My approach is always to nurture my clients' brands, dreams, and goals as though they were my own. You will feel seen, supported, and understood. I will walk you through every step, to ensure you are confident in the direction we are going.

It all begins by filling out my client application (even if you are inquiring). After receiving your application, we’ll have a video call to meet and ensure I understand your needs and that we’re on the same page. Even if you are not sure where to start or what service is the best fit for you, this is a great first step.

Once we’ve had that initial chat, I’ll send you a proposed quote & package details for your approval. Should we decide it’s an A + fit, I’ll send you everything you need to secure your start date and get the ball rolling. You'll receive the contract and pay your initial deposit to get on my design calendar (due before any work begins). …And maybe a lil’ living room dance party as I welcome you into the branding experience.

Once the strategy behind your brand is solid & creative direction is approved, I put my passion into action and present you with an all-encompassing brand identity that strategically positions your brand to stand out versus blend in. I’ll even show you collateral and application mock-ups so you can envision your brand in real life. This document is created *specifically* for your brand with the hope of helping you maintain consistency and feel completely confident executing your visual presence in all seasons of your business (yes, it's THAT good!). And together, we’ll refine until everything is golden (your voice matters in this process).

With everything finalized and approved, I package up downloadable, ready-to-use files and resources, so you are equipped to proudly tell your story. All ready for you to download, use, and share with your team. I will also hand over ownership to your new website along with a tutorial on how to navigate and update by yourself.
Now that you have your brand in hand, it’s time to release it into the wild! *Cue the confetti* and bust out the roger-rabbit (or however you get down). Once you begin to promote your new, elevated business, I will showcase it on my website/social media as I am your new, biggest supporter!

Yes, absolutely! I understand that working with a professional designer is a big investment, so I try to make payments as comprehensive as possible for you. I am flexible with payments plans and most of my clients opt for either a 2, 3 or 4 month payment structure. Due to the nature of my booking process, I do require a non-refundable 50% deposit to hold your spot on my calendar. If you need a different payment plan, just ask!
All invoices are sent via Freshbooks so that payment can be entered easily and securely online. Easy peasy!

Due to having a limited number of spots for Design Intensives, refunds are not available. These days get reserved solely for you. You are able to reschedule up to 7 days prior to the date and can rebook within 90 days. Anything outside of that, you will need to pay the deposit again to book.
